Rand accepts sports sales and events position
Polk County Tourism and Sports Marketing recently hired Connor Rand, who last worked at Visit Tallahassee, to work as a sports sales and events representative.
Rand, a graduate of FSU, grew up in Ormond Beach and attended Daytona State before transferring to Florida State University, where he majored in sports management.
While his primary focus will be field sports, including soccer, lacrosse and football. Rand will also assist in the endurance market with cross country road races.
