JUCO Twin Classic kicks off full slate of fall baseball
Teams from throughout Florida will descend on both TigerTown and Lake Myrtle Sports Park as the JUCO Twin Classic kicks off Friday, Sept. 21 and continues throughout the weekend.
The 29 teams – 14 college teams and 15 high school showcase teams – will take the field in front of approximately 150 scouts and college coaches.
Florida Scoutball, the group behind the classic, is just one part of the larger DS Holdings, LLC, umbrella, which also includes the RussMatt Baseball Collegiate Invitational, the largest spring training collegiate baseball tournament in the nation, and BaseballCloud, a developer of cutting-edge data driven software.
Other tournaments planned in the coming months include the Corbeil Classic and the Bing Tyus JUCO Weekend in October.
