Facilities for year-round swim meets and aquatic training are available at Winter Haven’s Rowdy Gaines Pool, the Gandy Pool at Kelly Recreation Center, Simpson Pool, and the YMCA in Lakeland. City of Lakeland Aquatics hosts the annual Strawberry Invitational, a nationally recognized event.
