Facilities in Auburndale

Lake Myrtle Sports Park – 2701 Lake Myrtle Park Rd.

Polk County Tourism and Sports Marketing (PCTSM) and the City of Auburndale have built a new baseball complex at the Lake Myrtle Sports Park site. The baseball complex consists of five collegiate size baseball fields, a 2,000 seat collegiate baseball stadium, and eleven youth size baseball fields. Lake Myrtle Sports Park is also the future home of the Florida Youth Soccer Association headquarters. Lake Myrtle Sports Park is one of the premier amateur sports complexes in the State.

Directions to Lake Myrtle Sports Park, Auburndale

Orlando: Take I-4 to exit 41 (Polk Parkway(Toll Road)). Follow Polk Parkway to exit 18, Old Dixie Highway. At the end of the ramp take a left onto Old Dixie Highway. Follow Old Dixie to the stop light at Berkley Road. Turn left onto Berkley Road and travel approximately 1.5 miles to the Lake Myrtle Sports Park on the left.

Tampa: Take I-4 to exit 27 (Polk Parkway (Toll Road)). Follow Polk Parkway to exit 18, Old Dixie Highway. At the end of the ramp take a right onto Dixie Highway. Follow Old Dixie to the stop light at Berkley Road. Turn left onto Berkley Road and travel approximately 1.5 miles to the Lake Myrtle Sports Park on the left.

Lakeland: From Lakeland go to US 92. Follow US 92 east to Berkley Road. Turn left (north) onto Berkley Road and travel approximately 3 miles to the Lake Myrtle Sports Park on the left.

Winter Haven: (Cypress Gardens Blvd area) Take Cypress Gardens Blvd west to US 17. Turn right (north) onto US 17. Follow signs for US 17 to Havendale Blvd. Turn left onto Havendale Blvd. Follow to US 92. Turn left (west) onto US 92. Follow US 92 to Berkley Road. Turn right (north) onto Berkley Road and travel approximately 3 miles to the Lake Myrtle Sports Park on the left.

Bartow: Take US 98 north to the Polk Parkway. Follow Polk Parkway to exit 18, Old Dixie Highway. At the end of the ramp take a right onto Dixie Highway. Follow Old Dixie to the stop light at Berkley Road. Turn left onto Berkley Road and travel approximately 1.5 miles to the Lake Myrtle Sports Park on the left.

East Park Complex – 11 Lake Mabel Loop

• 3 – 200 foot fields, 1 – 300 foot field
• Seating capacity: 200
• 4 press boxes, concession area and a fitness trail

Facilities in Eaglelake

Eagle Lake Sports Complex – 351 Cooley Rd.

• 3 – 200 foot fields, 1 – 275 foot fields
• Covered dugouts, air conditioned conference room and scorekeeper areas

Frostproof Sports Complex – 1100 Palm Ave. N

• 3 – 200 foot fields, 1 – 275 foot fields
• Covered dugouts, air conditioned conference room and scorekeeper areas

Facilities in Haines City

Larry Parrish Complex – 2400 East Johnson Ave.

• 4 fields
• Seating capacity: 800
• Covered dugouts, batting cages, separate area for scorekeepers and officials

Facilities in Lakeland

Marchant Stadium – 2301 Lakeland Hills Blvd.

• Marchant Stadium, with 9,000 seats
• 5 1/2 unlighted fields, 1 lighted field including a concession area, locker rooms and state-of-the-art clubhouse, batting cages, outfield berm for group seating and a box office
• Site of the Detroit Tigers Spring Training: The 60-year relationship is the longest-running union between a Major League Baseball Team and a Spring Training host city.

Hunt Fountain – Duff and Green Rds.

• 5 – 180 foot fields, 3 – 250 foot fields
• Seating capacity: 2,000
• 4 small, 2 large group shelters, concession area and a 2-story press box

Loyce Harpe Park – 500 W Carter Rd.

• 8 – 200 foot youth fields, 4 -300 foot adult softball fields
• Seating capacity: 1,600
• 2 concession areas and a press box

Lake Bonny Park – 800 US 98 S

• 1 – 200 foot softball field, 2 – 385 foot baseball fields
• Seating capacity: 50, with additional temporary seating available
• Covered dugout, batting cages, 6 picnic pavillions, concession area and a playground

Chain of Lakes Ball Park 210 Cypress Gardens Blvd.

• 5 Major League playing fields, one practice infield
• One main lighted stadium with 7,300 seats
• 4 main concession areas and several satellite areas
• 2 major league / 1 minor league clubhouses
• 5 full-size, indoor batting cages with dirt mounds, 4 full-size outdoor batting cages, and 14 bullpen mounds
• Administrative office, full kitchen facilities, weight room, training facilities, and a classroom
• Site of Cleveland Indians’ Spring Training
